A Message from the Principal
Dear Navigator Academy Students, Parents, and Guardians,
It is my honor and a pleasure to welcome you to the 2025 – 2026 school year at Navigator Academy of Leadership! I hope you all have had a relaxing and fun summer break. I am extremely proud to serve as the Principal of this amazing learning community. At Navigator, our mission is to foster an environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We believe in nurturing curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills that will prepare our students to succeed in an ever-changing world. This year our theme is, “Apollo Strong: Leading Ourselves, Lifting Others”; we will be infusing this theme with our 7 leader habits in all that we do. As has been our mission at Navigator Academy of Leadership, we will continue to strive for academic excellence and social and emotional well-being for our students. We believe in nurturing curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills that will prepare our students to succeed in an ever-changing world.
I would like to welcome all of our new families, whether you are joining us from another school in the district or have relocated from another city, state, or country. We are excited to share with you all that Navigator Academy of Leadership has to offer and believe you will soon feel as we do that Navigator is a special place for all children. Our educators, support staff, families, and other education partners are ready to welcome you into the Apollo Nation.
As we embark on this new academic year, we are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all. Our dedicated faculty and staff are here to guide and support each student along their educational journey, ensuring that they reach their fullest potential.
Throughout the year, we encourage open communication and partnership between school and home. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher with any questions, concerns, and/or suggestions you may have. Together, we can work towards the success of every student.
We are excited to see all that our students will accomplish this year and the positive impact they will make in our school community. Let’s make this school year a memorable and successful one! To further enhance our students’ learning experience, we have implemented a 1 to 1 Apple Technology program. This initiative provides each student with an Apple device, empowering them to engage with cutting-edge educational tools, collaborate seamlessly, and develop digital literacy skills essential for the future.
